About this property
Located on the west coast of Antigua, within the gated Galley Bay Heights community, Villa Nuvola is a substantial private estate offering approximately 17,470 sq. ft. of combined indoor and outdoor living space. The property is among the largest homes in the area and is designed to maximize ocean views while maintaining a natural connection between interior rooms and outdoor terraces.
The estate centers around a two-story main residence with four ensuite bedrooms, generous living areas, and an open kitchen and dining space suited to both everyday living and entertaining. Large openings lead directly to the outdoor terraces, allowing the main living areas to extend naturally toward the sea.
A separate guest pavilion provides three additional ensuite bedrooms along with a fully equipped gym, creating a private retreat for visitors while remaining connected to the main house.
Outdoor space plays a major role in the property’s design. The villa features a distinctive dark infinity pool overlooking the coastline, surrounded by sun terraces, lounge areas, and an outdoor dining and BBQ space designed for relaxed entertaining. Sculptures and statement art pieces are positioned throughout the grounds and pool deck.
The primary suite occupies its own wing on the ground floor and opens directly onto the pool terrace. It includes a spacious bathroom, walk-in closets, and a private office with ocean views. Two additional bedrooms are located on the same level, while two further ensuite bedrooms on the lower floor overlook the gardens. This level also includes staff quarters and service areas, and a separate unit near the entrance can accommodate live-in security.
The villa is approximately 15 minutes from St. John’s and 30 minutes from V.C. Bird International Airport, with several beaches located nearby. The combination of space, privacy, and coastal views makes Villa Nuvola a notable luxury residence in Antigua.
