The Pierhead is Barbados’ newest mixed-use district, located in the heart of historic Bridgetown, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Designed to be a catalyst for the city’s revitalization. The Pierhead will bring new life to the capital while celebrating its rich cultural heritage and maritime history.
Launched in July 2025, the project will be developed in three phases across five acres of waterfront land, bordered by the sparkling waters of Carlisle Bay. The first phase will see the construction of The Steel Building, offering the following selection:
