SHORE HOUSE & COTTAGE

Shore House and Cottage occupy one of the best locations along Shore Road with stunning views across the harbour to Bosham village and down the main Bosham channel towards the harbour entrance. Shore Cottage was built in 1923 and Shore House was converted and modernised in 2011 on the site of an older property.

The house extends to approximately 3,690 sq ft in total and is connected to Shore Cottage, affording a total area of approximately 4,920 sq ft. The properties have separate titles and could be used as one home or treated separately as a principal house and independent guest/occasional accommodation.
