OCEAN SPIRIT VILLA

With direct beachfront access, Ocean Spirit Villa is a classic modern beach house with a separate boat dock which is located a short walk from the Villa located on the Thompson Cove Pond with direct access via the channel out to the turquoise blue waters that the Island offers.

Ocean Spirit was thoughtfully designed by the current owners with hand-picked décor and beachfront living life and design taken into consideration. Invitingly spacious, Ocean Spirit Villa boasts beautiful views out towards the ocean and reefs of Thomson Cove, ensuite bedrooms, large al fresco dining terrace and infinity pool with extended entertaining deck and beachfront entertainment areas.

Each of the 5 bedrooms in the Villa are tastefully appointed and feature air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms. The beachfront facing principal suite has a large outside patio area which allows for the enjoyment of outside relaxation while taking in the views looking out to the Thompson Cove reef and surrounding ocean. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining guests.

Carefully landscaped tropical gardens provided tranquillity and total privacy with direct access to the stunning turquoise waters and beautiful beach of Thompson Cove. The land consists of 1.8 acres and is entered by a private access via a security gate with a two stories guest cottage at the top of the driveway which then leads down to the main Villa. The 1.8 acres is beautifully landscaped with an array of beautiful mature trees, flowers and shrubs which give the overall property a unique and private feel of seclusion.
