External Facilities

Outside there are further impressive facilities including a Mark Scott 60m x 30m outdoor arena with a sand and fibre surface, impeccable drainage and space to extend. A Monarch covered 5 bay horse walker, with automated rotation. A Monarch lunge pen with Equivia Grade I surface and a fully drained Stallion or rehabilitation pen, with surface and a reinforced stallion gate. In addition, there are a further 3 Monarch outdoor wash bays and one Monarch drying bay, equipped with power sockets.

External Yards

An additional entrance of Church Lane provides access to the equestrian elements and all of which are assembled around the large area of hardstanding, which also provides ample parking.

There are two additional modern barns; one central large general purpose building which is currently used for machinery and hay storage and a smaller Atcost barn by the farmhouse entrance and situated next to a separate brick-built office/show secretary box.

To the rear of the indoor arena is a toilet block with ladies and gents facilities and large outdoor water tank, which collects rain water from the roof and is used on the outdoor arena.
