Minimalist forms and a palette of light, serene colours, the Sand Villas feature an architecturally bold first floor that is more voluminous than the ground level.

Contrasting with the sand tones, the dark wood emerges within the interior, on two walls that frame the staircase, creating a box that unites the two floors.
The landscape around these paired villas gently slopes towards the house, creating an immersive effect that feels like living “within” nature itself.
