A magnificent 1930s villa over four floors that sits in a dominant position with unobstructed views over Lake Maggiore.

The south facing exposure enhances the seasonal blossoms and the abundance of naturally warm light inside the villa. The impressive views may be enjoyed from all over the property however from the raised ground floor terrace one can see the Lombardy side of the botanical park, and an endless view of the branch of Lago Maggiore that extends to its lower border.
