Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Savills (UK) Limited, 33 Margaret Street, London, W1G 0JD.

  3. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
  4. Entry is not open to employees (and their families) of Savills (UK) Limited, Savills Plc or any member of its group, its associates, the suppliers of the prizes Park Modern, The Park and any other companies associated with the competitions.
  5. One entry allowed per person.
  6. The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
  7. Entries will only be counted if submitted before 11.59pm on Sunday, 22 December 2024.
  8. The prize is for champagne for two (2) at Park Modern at 123 Bayswater Rd, London W2 3JH, Spa treatments for two (2) value of £110 each, followed by dinner for two (2) at The Park 2 Queensway, London W2 3RX, value of £250. Transfer service to be included for those being collected from a single London postcode. The winners are responsible for any expenses accrued and arrangements not included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

Winners’ Terms and Conditions

  1. The winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
  2. Winners will be notified by direct message from @Portfoliobysavills Instagram on Monday 23 December 2024.
  3. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted by Monday, 30 December 2024, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entry at random.
  4. Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner.
  5. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  6. The prize must be claimed before Thursday 31 July 2025. Booking in advance is advised and is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise.

  8. A list of winners will be available in writing at the Promoter’s address after the close of the competition. Only the surname of the winners will be disclosed.
