About this property
Set within the renowned SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental ski area, the property enjoys an enviable hillside setting with direct access to the slopes in winter and spectacular surroundings throughout the year.
Offering approximately 330 sqm of living and usable space, the property combines traditional Tyrolean architecture with a stylish contemporary Alpine interior. High-quality materials, generous glazing and thoughtfully designed living spaces create a warm yet modern atmosphere, while expansive terraces and balconies maximise the exceptional views and provide seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Arranged across three independently usable units, the property offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The ground floor currently forms a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, complete with a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, large bathroom and direct access to extensive terraces surrounding the house. From here, the outdoor spaces lead to an impressive bio-pool with a counter-current system.
The upper floors form the heart of the home, centred around a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large windows framing the surrounding mountains. An open gallery above adds character and a wonderful sense of space, while the master suite features a spacious bathroom and private east-facing balcony overlooking the ski slope. Further south-facing terraces and balconies provide breathtaking panoramic views and excellent spaces for entertaining and relaxing.
A third, separately accessed unit beneath the double garage provides additional flexible accommodation, with its own living/sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette, making it ideal for guests, staff or use as a private office.
Completed in 2009 and subsequently renovated and upgraded in 2012, 2016 and 2023, the property also benefits from underfloor heating powered by a heat pump and solar energy, a double garage and plans for a substantial future expansion. Combining exceptional privacy, direct slope access and impressive Alpine architecture, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a truly special home in one of the region’s most desirable ski locations.
