About this property
A waterfront villa, in Acquaseria, in a quiet and sunny location on the lakefront with extensive sun exposure. The infinity pool and lake seem to blend into one.
The villa is contemporary in style and finishes. From the original 60s style, it had been totally refurbished to meet the chilled and yet fun loving life style of the owner. Abundant natural light flooding through in all rooms. The layout flows, its stylish, its practical. The raised ground floor is spacious with the entrance leading to the lake facing reception room, the dining area and the well fitted kitchen and terrace. The master bedroom suite on the second floor, features a lake facing terrace. The other three bedrooms are either lake or garden facing.
The garden level is connected with the internal staircase and an additional access. This level comprises a second kitchen, supporting the covered al fresco dining and BBQ area. The outdoor garden area is very much a natural extension to the villa.
Moving around the lake for chores or pleasure, comes with the pleasure and the freedom of using the boat.
