- Underidge is situated in an elevated position off Chapman Lane in a superbly convenient location, offering distant views over the surrounding countryside. Belying its rural outlook, the property is under a mile from Bourne End Station with the excellent towns of Beaconsfield and Marlow both being about four miles away. The Thames-side town of Bourne End provides for everyday needs, with a station to London via Maidenhead. The nearby towns of Beaconsfield and Marlow town offer wider facilities, with an eclectic mix of local independent and national retailers.
- There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding towns offering destinations for any occasion. Marlow is situated on the banks of the River Thames and the Thames Path follows the river through the town.
- Just outside the towns the area opens out to glorious rolling countryside and a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Outdoor pursuits are numerous, as are golf, football, cricket and rugby clubs.
