The farmhouse, located only a short distance from Tuoro sul Trasimeno in Umbria, is in a panoramic position and enveloped first by a stunning garden and then by the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian hills with breath-taking views of the medieval and Etruscan city of Cortona.
Some of the most well know Tuscan towns are within easy reach; Montepulciano, famous for the production of red wine. Arezzo, Siena, with its historic centre declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is also possible to reach Perugia and Lake Trasimeno in a short time.
The property has been restored with great care maintaining the features and original materials which are typical of the area such as exposed wooden beams, handmade terracotta floor and ceiling tiles and travertine.
The property is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a beautiful fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful portico with a wood oven.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms, three of which have bathrooms en suite, a fifth bathroom and a second reception room.
